Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Clash Craze website and all related services, operated by GIANM TECH CO., LIMITED, registered at FLAT/RM D10 9/F CAMELPAINT BUILDING BLOCK 2 62 HOI YUEN ROAD KWUN TONG KL, HONG KONG ("the Company"). By creating an account or using Clash Craze, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms in full. If you do not accept these Terms, you must not use the platform.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of the People's Republic of China. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Hong Kong SAR.

1. Eligibility and Registration

  • ⚔ You must be at least 18 years of age to register for and use Clash Craze. By registering, you confirm this.
  • ⚔ You agree to provide truthful, accurate, and current information at registration and to keep your account details up to date.
  • ⚔ You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials.
  • ⚔ You are responsible for all activity under your account. Suspect unauthorised access? Contact us at assist@clashcraze.com immediately.
  • ⚔ The Company reserves the right to decline registration or suspend accounts at its discretion.

2. Acceptable Use

  • ⚔ Clash Craze is for lawful, personal, and non-commercial use only.
  • ⚔ Cheating, exploiting vulnerabilities, using bots or automated tools, or disrupting other users is strictly prohibited and results in immediate account action.
  • ⚔ Creating multiple accounts to manipulate the Craze Bonus system or exploit any promotion will result in permanent termination of all linked accounts.
  • ⚔ Harassment or harmful behaviour toward other users is grounds for immediate account termination.
  • ⚔ The Company reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any account in breach of these Terms, with or without prior notice.

3. Recharge and Craze Bonus System

  • ⚔ Every $1 recharged earns 1 minute of playtime plus applicable bonus minutes based on your cumulative recharge tier.
  • ⚔ Bonus minutes are credited automatically upon payment confirmation — no manual activation required.
  • ⚔ Your cumulative recharge total is calculated across your full account history. Tier upgrades apply to all subsequent recharges once a threshold is crossed.
  • ⚔ The Company may modify the Craze Bonus Ladder — including rates and thresholds — at any time, with reasonable advance notice posted on the platform.
  • ⚔ Upon reaching 200 cumulative minutes, a permanent 100% bonus is applied to your account with no expiry, for the lifetime of the account unless terminated for Terms violations.
  • ⚔ Game minutes and bonus time carry no cash value and are non-transferable between accounts.

4. Payments

  • ⚔ Credit card is the only accepted payment method on Clash Craze.
  • ⚔ All payments are processed by a secure, PCI-DSS compliant third-party processor. The Company does not store your full card details.
  • ⚔ All transactions are charged in the currency displayed at checkout. The Company is not responsible for foreign transaction fees or exchange rate differences applied by your card issuer.
  • ⚔ By confirming a payment, you authorise the Company to charge your credit card for the stated amount. All sales are final, subject to the Refund Policy exceptions.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on Clash Craze — games, visual design, interface elements, written content, brand assets, and software — is the intellectual property of the Company or its licensors, protected under applicable Hong Kong and international intellectual property law. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. Reproduction, distribution, modification, or creation of derivative works without prior written consent from the Company is prohibited.

6. Limitation of Liability

Clash Craze is provided on an 'as is' and 'as available' basis. To the maximum extent permitted under Hong Kong law, the Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform. The Company's total aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 30 days preceding the relevant claim.

7. Service Availability

The Company will make reasonable efforts to maintain platform availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access at all times. Scheduled or unplanned maintenance may cause temporary downtime. Where possible, planned maintenance will be communicated in advance via a platform notice.

8. Amendments

These Terms may be revised at any time. Updated Terms are published on the platform with a revised effective date. Continued use of Clash Craze after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
